What is the best way for someone to give to charity? It depends on timing, types of assets, need for control, need for streamlined administration, deduction amounts and other factors. In this session we will explore various charitable vehicles including private foundations, supporting organizations, and donor-advised funds. The session will explore the differences and similarities of different charitable vehicles and why one may be preferable over another.
